Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Reliability Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Reliability Specialist will be responsible for configuring, testing, and training users on the CMMS platform to streamline maintenance processes, improve asset reliability, and maximize operational efficiency

Role Description:

The Reliability Specialist will work directly with clients reliability group and participate to a cross-functional focus team to:

• Establish and implement hierarchical structures for equipment systems and locations
• Understand clients criticality analysis and deploy risk priority for various equipment
• Implement and provide support for maintenance plans that include mapping failure modes to corresponding technologies or tasks
• Interpret the clients maintenance strategy plan
• Participate and support the conduction of root cause failure analysis
• Collects data and designs experiments to optimize preventative, predictive, condition-based maintenance on equipment and systems
• Establish continuous improvement of the work planning and scheduling process through the review and use of maintenance metrics, analysis of work order flow, project demands and expectations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to maintenance management, maintaining accurate documentation and records within the CMMS platform

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance, operations, engineering principles, and activities.
• Solid understanding of database structure with the ability to pull data, interpret, analyze, and present technical information using practical judgment.
• Additional 1 to 3 years of scheduling/planning experience using CMMS
• Knowledge of industrial systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Process systems)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Advance level or fluent in English

• Bachelor's Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related areas;
• Previous international experience;
• Thrives in collaborative settings, contributing seamlessly to team success;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Able to captivate people through presentations that tell a story while presenting data;

Job details:

• Hiring regime: CLT - Home Office
• Location: Remote (client in Alabama, USA)
• Work schedule: 40 hours a week, following Alabama, USA schedule.
